Delete Your Account & Data
Ask us to delete your OXRIDGE login — on the website and in the OXRIDGE app — or your account and all the personal data we hold.
How it works
- 1Fill in the form with the email address used for the account. Parents can ask on behalf of their children.
- 2We may contact you to confirm the request really comes from you.
- 3We complete it within 30 days and email you when it's done.
What gets deleted
- Your login for the website portal and the OXRIDGE app
- Profile details — names, contact details, school and class information
- Batch enrolments and attendance records
- For teachers: application details and résumé
What we may keep
Only records the law requires us to keep (for example financial records), for as long as required. If you choose “login only”, we keep the student's class history but nobody can sign in with that account.
